We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the delivery & return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal use goods (such as abdominal guards, supporters, etc.), cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

** Cricket Bats ** Special Note

Cricket Bats are a special category that is not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is natural wood & and there is no guarantee for blemishes or how it looks. 

Refunds & Exchanges

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. 

The standard policy so to provide a Magnus Cricket store credit for your eligible return request. (Exceptions will be considered as per the case)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We can reject any goods we deem defective, tampered with, or used, which may incur additional administration and return delivery charges.
